Iced Honey Cashew Latte w/ Milk Matcha

Lots of people have already been asking me how I prepare my matcha latte. Today, I'm number expert, and I'm not just one to toot my own horn, but I really do think I've identified steps to make quite a freaking excellent matcha latte.

I can not rest, I used to be a matcha naysayer. I was not the largest supporter, but I today realize that this was because I never had it prepared really right.

1. You'll need a quality matcha. It may be confusing with culinary matcha for baking, green tea powder, and other matcha services and products that aren't necessarily the good stuff that you wish to be making your morning cappuccino with. ** this makes a fairly big cold cappuccino, if you will want smaller cappuccino, use 1/2 cup -3/4 cup dairy rather than 1 cup.

Directions:

First, mix 1 teaspoon of matcha with 1/2 glass warm water in only a little pan and whisk it up until all sections are gone. If you are using ghee, put it in currently to allow it to burn before blending.
Fill the matcha and water articles in to the high speed mixer along side 1 cup of baby cashew milk. Mix on large for approximately 20 seconds.
Serve over ice and appreciate!
